Our strong training curriculum is designed to ensure that schools and districts maximize the benefits of their mCLASS solutions.

A variety of in-depth training opportunities for states, districts, and schools ensures that teachers, coaches, administrators, and system managers can use our solutions effectively to target student improvement.

Detailed information on product training for every mCLASS solution is available in our professional services brochure

As our experienced consultants model the use of mCLASS products, school staff become proficient with the new technology, learn to administer assessments, and understand how to access the information they need to inform classroom instruction.

Product Training

  • Understanding the research behind assessment (as needed)
  • Using mCLASS technology
  • Administering and analyzing assessments
  • Accessing data through mCLASS Web reports

As a general rule, one day of training per solution is required for staff who have previous experience with the corresponding paper assessments and two days are required for staff who do not.

Technical Training

Technical training for school and district technical staff covers the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mCLASS software. It is designed to ensure that school and district staff members are fully equipped to complete the installation of mCLASS software and to support teachers in the future.

Technical training is available with or without on-site installation.

This is a one-day option recommended for multi-school implementations. Classroom training and hands-on installation exercises take place on-site in a school computer lab.

Although it is designed for technical staff, technical training can be adjusted to accommodate any personnel who support users of mCLASS solutions, regardless of their technical knowledge. Each session can accommodate up to 20 participants.
